Work off YOUR THANKSGIVING meat sweats with Coach Lisa.
You could spend the morning of Black Friday buying shoes you don’t need, OR…you could kick off the day after Thanksgiving with an hour of strength and cardio led by Coach Lisa.
In this virtual workout, we’ll focus on dumbbell exercises to target all your major muscle groups, combined with heart-pumping bursts of cardio to help you sweat off yesterday’s turkey.
Feel free to invite the family to work off those meat sweats, as there will be plenty of modifications, making the workout suitable for all fitness levels. This may just become your family’s new Black Friday tradition!
When: Friday, November 28 @ 8 - 9 a.m. CT
Where: Live on Zoom (link sent after registration)
Intensity: This workout is an hour long, but the strength and cardio moves are suitable for all fitness levels. Invite your family to register with you!
What to bring: A few sets of dumbbells (light, medium and heavy), a mat or towel, and plenty of water.
Cost: $20 per participant. Each person should register separately so everyone has their own spot.
