St. Patrick’s Day is about celebrating. Around here, we celebrate by moving our bodies and building strength.

Join the women of Mostly Well for a festive 35-minute lower body workout that targets the glutes, hamstrings, and thighs. It’s the perfect way to get your workout in before the rest of the day’s festivities—and you’ll do it alongside supportive women who are all working toward the same goal: feeling stronger and more confident in their bodies.

Expect a smart, efficient strength workout that will leave your legs working and your mood lifted.

When: Sunday, March 15 @ 12 p.m. CT

Where: Live on Zoom (link sent after registration)

Intensity: Intermediate, with modifications for beginners

What to bring: Multiple sets of dumbbells (one works too), a mat or towel for the floor, and water

Cost: $20 for non-members | Free for Mostly Well All Access members
