On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we’ll come together for a live strength workout to honor Dr. King’s legacy of service, justice, and collective action.

This is a beginner-friendly, full-body virtual strength session designed to get you moving with intention and in solidarity with a cause rooted in Dr. King’s work.

100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to The Martin Luther King Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change, supporting their ongoing efforts to advance Dr. King’s mission of equality, nonviolence, and social justice.

When: Monday, January 19
8:00–8:45 a.m. CT

Where: Live on Zoom (Link sent after registration)

Intensity: Beginner-friendly, all levels welcome

What to bring: A mat or towel for the floor and water.
