Let's kick off the holiday the right way.

This year, before the burgers hit the grill, I want you moving with me. We're doing a lower body and core session built to leave your legs and midsection worked and your morning already won.

Whether we've trained together for years or this is your very first time with Mostly Well, you belong in this room. Expect a festive, intermediate session packed with my favorite, most impactful moves — with modifications offered the whole way through.
