Spring is here, and it’s the perfect time to refresh your routine and challenge your body.

Join the women of Mostly Well for a midlife-friendly HIIT workout that incorporates jumps and explosive moves to build power, strength, and confidence. This is a fun, energetic way to wake up your body, get your heart pumping, and feel strong in your own skin—all from the comfort of your home.

When: Saturday, April 4 @ 9 a.m. CT

Where: Live on Zoom (link sent after registration)

Intensity: Intermediate, with modifications for beginners

What to bring: Two sets of dumbbells (optional), a mat or towel for the floor, and water

Cost: $20 for non-members | Free for Mostly Well All Access members
