a day for you

No kids’ schedules. No Zoom meetings. No pressure to optimize every minute.

Just a day to move your body, eat well, care for your skin, and spend time with smart, interesting women. We’ll focus on the good stuff—brunch, strength, skincare—and create space to slow down and enjoy it.

You’ll sweat a little, relax a lot, and leave feeling stronger, lighter, and very glad you said yes.

galentine's day

Three women doing yoga on yoga mats

Take a few hours to step away from your busy life and do something that’s purely for you. We’ll move our bodies with an accessible, energizing strength workout, enjoy a delicious brunch, and spend time connecting with other women in a peaceful space.

You’ll have the option to treat your skin to professional skincare services from Saving Face, and you’ll be guided through a grounding yoga session led by Katie Porras—designed to help you slow down and reconnect, no matter your experience level.

Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where everything is handled and nothing feels rushed. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, energized, and taken care of.

Coach Lisa in a black tank top

hey there!

I work with high-achieving women every day—leaders, educators, business owners—who are excellent at taking care of everyone else but rarely themselves.

They don’t need another lecture on discipline. They need space.

Space to move their bodies without pressure.
Time to connect with other supportive women.
A few hours where they feel genuinely cared for.

Galentine’s Day is my way of offering you space without asking you to put your life on hold for too long.

is this for you?

Let’s clear a few things up.

You don’t need to be “in shape” to participate in the strength training. I’ll offer plenty of modifications, and you can rest whenever you need to—no one’s keeping score.

You also don’t need to know anyone. This is friendly, grown-woman energy, and many women come solo. My hope is that you’ll leave having made a few new connections.

If you’ve been putting everyone and everything ahead of your own health and well-being, this day is for you. It’s a chance to recharge so you can keep showing up fully—for others, and for yourself.

But this is about how you want to feel walking into spring—strong, refreshed, connected, and taken care of.

If you’ve been waiting for a reason to do something kind for yourself, this is it.
