I spent 17 years in the corporate world, leading large teams and building complex enterprise software, winning awards for my leadership and my team’s products—until I got burned out and laid off. I decided I wasn’t going back to burnout.

But running a business full-time was a different animal. I had to put myself out there on social media daily. Write emails constantly. DM leads. Manage my finances. Design sales pages.
