The Well-Run Business — A Founding Cohort

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in The Well-Run Business ("Program"). By completing your enrollment and submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Overview
The Well-Run Business is an 8-week live cohort program offered by Mostly Well LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). The Program includes eight weekly live sessions delivered via Zoom, replay access, course materials, templates, AI skill guides, and access to a cohort community. An optional 1-on-1 coaching add-on is available.
2. Enrollment & Payment
Full Payment Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. Founding cohort pricing is $597 (first 4 spots, early bird) or $697 (spots 5+), as displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment Plan A 3-payment installment plan is available. Payments of $217 (early bird pricing, spots 1-4) or $257 (spots 5+) are due on the same date each month for three consecutive months, beginning at enrollment.
If a payment is more than 7 days past due, access to the Program — including live sessions, replays, course materials, and the cohort community — will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
If the outstanding balance is not resolved within 14 days of suspension, enrollment will be terminated without refund of amounts already paid.
Optional 1-on-1 Coaching Add-On The add-on ($397) covers 4 private 60-minute coaching sessions with Coach Lisa. Sessions must be scheduled and used within 6 months of the Program start date. Unused sessions at the time of any refund or termination are refundable at $99 per unused session. Sessions already completed are non-refundable.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy
We stand behind this Program. If you attend at least one live session or watch at least one session replay and are not satisfied with what we're building together, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the Program start date (July 19, 2026).
To request a refund, email lisa@mostly-well.com with the subject line "WBB Refund Request" before the deadline. Refund requests received after the 14-day window will not be honored, regardless of attendance or progress.
The following are non-refundable:
Requests submitted after the 14-day window
1-on-1 coaching sessions already completed
Requests from participants who have not attended at least one session or replay
If you enrolled on a payment plan and request a refund within the 14-day window, your remaining scheduled payments will be cancelled and your first payment will be refunded in full.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All Program content — including but not limited to video recordings, session replays, templates, scripts, playbooks, AI skill frameworks, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Mostly Well LLC and is protected by copyright.
As a participant, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use Program materials for your own business purposes only.
You may not:
Share, distribute, resell, or reproduce Program materials in any form outside of your own personal use
Share your login credentials or session access links with anyone who is not enrolled in the Program
Record live sessions independently without prior written permission from Mostly Well LLC
Use Program content to create or deliver competing courses, programs, or materials
Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund, and may subject you to legal action.
5. Community Standards & Code of Conduct
The Well-Run Business cohort is a collaborative environment. Participants are expected to engage with respect, integrity, and a spirit of mutual support.
The following will result in immediate removal from the Program without refund:
Harassment, bullying, or sustained disrespectful conduct toward other participants, guests, or Program staff — whether during live sessions, in the cohort community, or in any other context connected to the Program
Sharing, posting, or publishing content that disparages, defames, or materially harms the reputation of Mostly Well LLC, Coach Lisa, or other Program participants
Any conduct that, in the sole reasonable judgment of Mostly Well LLC, disrupts the cohort experience for other participants or creates a hostile environment
We reserve the right to remove a participant at any time for conduct that violates these standards. Removal under this section does not entitle the participant to a refund.
6. Program Changes & Substitutions
Mostly Well LLC reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to Program content, scheduling, or delivery format. In the unlikely event that a live session must be rescheduled, participants will be notified in advance and a make-up session or replay will be provided.
Coach Lisa will personally deliver all Program sessions. In the event of an unforeseen emergency that prevents delivery of one or more sessions, a rescheduled session or equivalent recorded content will be provided as a substitute.
7. Results Disclaimer
The Well-Run Business provides business education, tools, and coaching. We make no guarantees of specific financial outcomes, client acquisition results, or business growth. Results depend on each participant's individual effort, circumstances, and application of Program content. Testimonials and examples shared are illustrative and not a promise of similar results.
8. Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for having reliable internet access, a functioning device (laptop or desktop recommended), and the ability to access Zoom, Google Drive, and Claude.ai. Mostly Well LLC is not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant's end that prevent access to live sessions or materials.
9. Privacy
By enrolling, you consent to receive program-related communications from Mostly Well LLC via email. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy at mostly-well.com.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to this Program shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mostly Well LLC with respect to the Program and supersede any prior representations, whether oral or written. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
