challenge
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women—but it doesn’t have to be.
Resting heart rate and blood pressure are two important measurements of heart health, and they can be tracked at home and improved with diet and exercise.
Mostly Well’s Heart Health Challenge is a simple way to start building the heart-healthy habits of daily cardio and monitoring. The goal is to see positive changes in your heart health metrics over 6 weeks and establish long-term habits that continue improving your cardiovascular health.
what’s the challenge?
A 6-week commitment to your heart health. You’ll:
Do 30 minutes of cardio each day (more if you are already getting this much cardio)
Track your resting heart rate and blood pressure
Join bi-weekly Zoom check-ins for support.
This challenge is, effective, and built to help you create lasting change. All you need is a blood pressure cuff, a computer, and 30 minutes a day.
This is for you if…
You’re a woman who gets less than 200 minutes of cardio per week
You’re ready to take your heart health seriously—but don’t want a restrictive program
You’ve been meaning to move more, but you need structure and accountability
You want to understand your body better
You don’t need to run marathons. You just need 30 minutes a day and the will to show up consistently.
