Why I Created This Retreat
Hi 👋 I’m Coach Lisa.
As a woman in midlife, I know exactly how it feels to juggle a career, personal goals, and everything life throws at you. In my years as a corporate leader, I managed a large team while also maintaining a demanding training schedule as a competitive boxer. I had to learn how to protect my time, energy, and relationships while still excelling in my career and personal pursuits.
Now, as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I work specifically with women in midlife who are navigating the same pressures—careers, family responsibilities, and the constant pull to put their own needs last.
We give so much of ourselves to others, but we can’t keep running on empty. We deserve more than a quick escape—we deserve a meaningful, energizing, and restorative experience that helps us feel lighter, clearer, and more in control.
That’s exactly why I created Finding Balance.

Permission
to Hit Pause
I get it—it’s hard to step away from everything you’ve got going on. Work, family, errands…there’s always something that feels more “urgent” than your own wellbeing.
But after nearly two decades in the corporate world, I learned that no one is going to make space for your health except you. And even a little time to reset can make a difference.
Before you decide, watch this short video of women who’ve been to past Mostly Well events. They’ll tell you what happened when they finally made themselves a priority—and why it was worth it.
This fall, you can give yourself the same chance. Two days. No travel. Just you, your laptop, your yoga mat, a cozy cup of coffee, and a plan for a more balanced life.
Still have questions?
