I’m Lisa Wade, a NASM-certified personal trainer, Texas Masters boxing champion, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. Having watched my mom’s health deteriorate due to brain cancer, I’ve long been interested in women’s health. I started Mostly Well to inspire women to care for their bodies so they can enjoy fuller, more confident lives.

I specialize in helping women in midlife build strength, and since my services are largely virtual, I have the pleasure of working with women across the world.
