Explore women’s wellness

with the Mostly Well

Book Club

Welcome to the club!

I created Mostly Well’s virtual book club to build a supportive community of women who aim to prioritize their health and live fuller, more confident lives. Growth is easier—and more sustainable—when you have a community walking beside you.

Every quarter, women from across the U.S. dive into a book that helps them show up stronger, healthier, and more confident. It’s a space where you’re seen, supported, and surrounded by women who are working toward the same things you are. Members also get access to community-only perks and discounts on Mostly Well services.

What kinds of books do we read?

Any book that inspires women to live healthier, more confident lives is fair game. Book topics have ranged from nutrition and gynecological health to self-help and inspiring fiction.

When, where and how do we meet?

We meet once per quarter on Zoom.

Our next session is Sunday, March 8 at 1:30 p.m. CT, and we’ll meet live on Zoom for a guided discussion of our current book pick.

What are we reading now?

This quarter’s pick is Margo’s Got Money Troubles by Rufi Thorpe—a sharp, funny novel about a woman navigating money, motherhood, and survival when the options aren’t great.

How do we select future books?

Each meeting, members vote on the book that feels most relevant and inspiring for the season ahead.

Do I need to buy my own book?

Yes, grab your own copy or audiobook.
