Explore women’s wellness

with the Mostly Well

Book Club

Welcome to the club!

Welcome to the Mostly Well Book Club, where women from all over the U.S. come together virtually to explore books that empower and inspire us on our wellness journeys.

In line with Mostly Well’s mission to help women embrace healthier, fuller, and more confident lives, this book club focuses on topics from nutrition and fitness to women’s empowerment, self-care, and hormone health.

Each quarter, we’ll dive into a book that offers insights and motivation to support our well-being. This is a space to connect, learn, and encourage one another as we build the tools to thrive in every season of life.

Who Can Join the book club?

All women are welcome! Our discussions will be in English, and meetings are virtual in Central Time, so this book club is ideal for English speakers in North American time zones.

What book are we currently reading?

The book we’re reading this summer is Buy Yourself the F*cking Lillies by Tara Schuster.

How do we select Books?

We vote on a new book each quarter. Books can cover the following topics:

  • Nutrition

  • Fitness

  • Wellness

  • Women’s health

  • Mental health, stress management or grief

  • Hormone health, perimenopause or menopause

  • Women’s empowerment, or inspiring stories of powerful women

When, where and how do we meet?

We meet once a quarter. Our next meeting is July 6, 2025 at 2 p.m. CT.

Meetings are held virtually on Zoom, and I will send an invite beforehand. I’ll moderate the meeting with a set of questions to guide our discussion, provide updates on Mostly Well, and then we’ll vote on our next book selection.

You can learn more about me, your book club moderator, here.

Do I buy my own books?

Yes, you’ll need to purchase your own copy of the book we decide to read each quarter.
